Easily the worst players are at poker rooms in the Prima Poker network. They give away a ton of money in free rolls and there are a lot of people who have money in their poker room that shouldn’t have it at all. It is easy to take their money away from them because they play soooooo bad.

I don’t think that is an easy question to answer. I think it varies on network and size of the room. Typically some of the bigger rooms like the Party Pokers, Ultimate Bets, and Full Tilts will have some poor players, but you may find yourself at a really tough table. I know for sure that the Cryptologic poker rooms like Sunpoker have some blackjack and slots players that try their hand at poker and do not do well. I have done well there. Good luck
PartyPoker.com has the worst players, even when playing for real money. I have real experience. PartyPoker has the most players, thus it has the most ‘fish’.
